Terms Of Sale: All shipments are F.O.B. our New Providence, NJ warehouse. Terms are prepaid unless open account terms have been approved by our credit department. VISA, Discover, Mastercard, American Express, are only payments accepted. Shipping transit time is solely based on the carrier that is chosen. Shipping charges varies by location. All shipping charges must be approved by customer.

Claims for shortages, damages or defective merchandise must be reported within 7 days of receipt of order. All returns have a 30 day processing time from when our warehouse logs in the returned merchandise. Customer is Responsible For Shipping Costs When Returning Merchandise "As Ordered". There is a 15% Restocking Fee For All Orders Shipped As Described. Please keep this in mind prior to returning a product that was shipped as ordered. In the event your order was not shipped accordingly Royal Deluxe Accessories Will Provide Return Labels.
